These are the updated listings of the publishers I've already listed. If they do not have a working contact or have not updated during 2004, I've deleted them. Please read carefully - there are a few that I've found reports on and I've added the comments to them.
Please, if you find one you wish to try - read the guidelines carefully and search for rumours or reports about them before you submit to the publisher. I've only scratched the surface of what tools are out there to protect authors from scams.
Also, please let me know if I've misprinted anything or if you know something about a publisher that I don't know. Please share!
